There are two options for buying tickets for workshops, tours around the “Energy” exhibition and periodical events at the ESC:

1. Online via the website: bilety.ecn.kielce.pl

Once you open the page, select the type of ticket (individual ticket – 1-9 tickets or group ticket – 10+), and then the attraction you are interested in and pick a date from the calendar.

After selecting the date, the screen will show events offered on the selected day with hours of visit and number of available tickets. Click “Select” and enter the number of tickets. Then click “Next”.

The system will ask you to sign in and enter necessary data. Online payments are executed via the platform Dotpay. For individual guests, payment is due up to 1 hour, and for groups – 7 days. In the event of non-payment within the prescribed period, the reservation will be cancelled.

Once the payment is processed you will get an email with a booking reference and tickets purchased, which need to be printed out and showed at the ticket desk on the day of the visit.

On the day of the visit to the ESC, but not earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the selected round of admission, based on the number of purchased tickets, ask for special plastic cards at the ticket desk, which are used to activate interactive stations.

CAUTION! Via the online system, tickets can be bought only on the day before the visit. On the day of visit, tickets are available only at the Centre at ticket desks (if tickets are still available).

2. Directly at ticket desks

Tickets at a ticket desk at the Centre can be purchased only on the day of visit to the ESC, if tickets for the chosen event are still available. Ticket desks accept both cash and card payments. Ticket desks are open from Tuesday to Friday between 8:15 and 15:00, on Saturdays and Sundays between 09:30 and 16:00.

Before entering the exhibition you will receive a plastic card used to activate interactive stations.
